Property Maintenance
At West Yorkshire Property Management Ltd, we have our own property maintenance department. We have the capability to carry out any repairs that are required quickly and efficiently at a reasonable rate for our landlords. Our employees skills range from attending to a blocked toilet to a complete re-vamp of any property.
We also have a fully qualified Corgi gas engineer and electrical contractor who will attend any problems 24/7 and also carry out our landlord gas and electrical certification annually, again at a reasonable price. We also have a roofing specialist on our books.
